He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Woody" Armagost and Doris Armagost (Peden); his wife Sharon Crick; his siblings, Glenda Debban, Darla Dunn, Pam Armagost and Dennis Armagost; and his grandson Timothy Stoddard.
He is survived by: his children, Brandon Armagost (Kathy) of Cozad, Scott Armagost of Cozad, Donald Armagost and Michelle Stoddard (Tim); his grandchildren, Reilly Miller (Jonathan), Gunnar Armagost, Reagan Armagost, Kinley Armagost, Rylan Armagost and Jennifer Benavides (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Haiden Jo Miller, Colton Benavides and Grace Benavides; and his brothers, Jerry Armagost (Cherie) of Cozad and Bill Armagost (Doris) of Lexington.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
