Edward left this world on October 20, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Stahla and Sarah Stahla (Martin); his son Scott; his brother Ron Stahla; and his brothers-in-law, Jim and Ron Schwindt.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Smithfield; his daughter Pamela Stahla-Kernin (Michael); his grandchildren, Marissa (Derek), Erik (Riley), Nichel (Chance) and Alex (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Carmen, Colin, Parker and Everett; his uncle Ray Stahla (Dianne); his siblings, Betty and Byron (Jeanne); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Stahla and Connie Schwindt.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Reynolds-Love Funeral Home (106 W 8th St, Lexington, NE 68850).
