He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Edward and Opal Gussie Saathoff (Barksdale); his wife Pat; his brothers, Fred and John Saathoff; his son-in-law Robb Cole; and his grandson Jess Cole.
He is survived by : his daughter Pam (Michael Milligan); his granddaughter Ann Cole Chesley (Mike Chesley); and his great grandchildren, Jodean and Sadie.
