She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Loren Leith Stark and Gaile June Stark (Stedman); her sister Carol Gibson of Cozad; her nieces and nephews, Allen of Cozad, Richard of Cozad, Robb of Cozad, Tony Nichols of Cozad, Jerry Ron Stark of Kearney, Aaron Stark of Cozad, Misti Maddox and Heather Stark of Cozad; and her brothers, Gerald Lee and Ronald Craig Stark.

Kathy was very proud of her nursing accomplishments as well as her contribution to the cities and organizations she represented.
