She is survived by: her daughters, Autumn Castellanos (Amber) of Cozad and Amber Heller of Cozad; her grandchildren, Aiden Castellanos of Cozad and Emily Castellanos of Cozad; her sisters, Angie Moore (Don) of Omaha, Bonnie Nichols (Richard) of Cozad and Rose Sprague (Phillip) of Cozad; and her significant other David Evans of Cozad. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

The family has requested memorials be directed to Berryman Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
