She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bolling and Eva Bolling (McMahon); her husband Wallace Hannappel (Wally) of Michael's Church; her siblings, Charlie, Philip, Catherine, Melissa and Maymie; and her sibling-in-law Petersen.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Hannappel (Karen) of Tucson, AZ, Kathleen Lemmer (Gary) of Cozad, Joseph Hannappel of Broken Bow, Dr. Mark Hannappel (Pam) of Norfolk, Yvonne Esch (Tim) of Spalding and Irene Burklund (Aaron) of Papillion; her grandchildren, Justin, Jacob, Sarah, Andrew, Emily, Michael, Madeline, Nathan, Alex, Anna, Matthew, Eva and Eli; and her sister Carol Johnson (James) of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, numerous family members and close friends.
A charitable memorial has been established in her name to be used for her favorite charities, especially Christ the King Catholic Church and Catholic Relief Services (for relief from recent natural disasters.).
