He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Zook and Rose Zook (Mitchell); his brother Robert Zook; and his grandson Christopher Hajduk. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Zook; his daughters, Rene and Deborah; his stepsons, Scott, Tim and Dan Umshler; his grandchildren, Jericho, Jimmy, McKenzie, Maranda, Elizabeth and Patrick; and his siblings, Raye Ann, Jane and Jerry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
