She was predeceased by: her parents, E. A. "Bob" Cornette and Ruth Cornette (Bayles); her husband Edwin; her siblings-in-law, Otto Geiger, Raymond Geiger and Rose Ann Paslay (Michael); and her nephew Trevor Cornette.
She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Geiger of Mount Pleasant, SC and Amanda Hughes (Morgan) of Houston, TX; her grandson Edwin Hughes of Houston, TX; her brother Don Cornette (Cindy) of Wichita, KS; and her siblings-in-law, Marlene Geiger of Cozad, Judith Geiger of Cozad and Robert Geiger, Jr. (Colleen) of Thurman, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, Nephews and close friends.
Memorials are suggested to the family for a high school scholarship fund.
