He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Parke Loftis and Veda Joyce Loftis (Reinert). He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Anne Frana (Joseph), Amber Fallgren (AJ) and Darrin Loftis (Liz); his grandchildren, Eden, Eli, Grace and James Frana; his children, Owen Tupper, Elsie and Bentley Loftis; and his siblings, Gary Loftis (Sharon), Cindy Jensen (Tim) and Steve Loftis (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He also served as the treasure of the Craig Community Foundation.
