He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Carlson (Patrick Howell) of Omaha, Kathryn Carlson (Kenneth Smith) of Osmond, NE and Cheri Johansen (JJ) of Oakland, NE; his granddaughters, Emma and Cadence Johansen; his daughter Erin Rutjens (Brian) of Tilden, NE; his grandsons, Ethan and Owen Rutjens; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Hawkins (Deb) of Craig, NE and Leslie Greve (Roy) of Craig, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
