He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Larsen (Pavlik); his daughter Bobbi Ouellette (Bob) of San Jose, CA; his grandchildren, William Majors of Los Angeles, CA and Mary Majors of Los Angeles, CA; his stepsons, Thomas Pavlik (Tara) of Hill City, SD, Christopher Pavlik Sr. (Ainura) of Hadar, NE, Cory Pavlik (Kay) of Lincoln, NE, Richard McElhaney (Patty) of Waterloo, IA and Daniel McElhaney of O'Neill, NE; his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa Pavlik, Kali Koop (Dillon), Jordan, KoraLynn, Christopher Pavlik Jr., Megan and Madison Pavlik; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jamie, Isaiah and Sandy Colon (Lisandra); his nieces and nephews, Tom Larsen (Barb), Jeri Fuchtman (Jerome), Joy Gates and Jyl Hochstein; and his sisters-in-law, Sonya Kounovsky of Kearney, NE and Laura Spatz (Gerain) of Cairo, NE..
