He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Wortman and Alma Wortman; his brothers, Raymond and Keith Wortman (Denise); his parents-in-law, Leo Shaffer and Hyacinth Shaffer Selders; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Shaffer and Marenna Thies (Harold).
He is survived by : his wife Ann Wortman; his sons, Brian Wortman (Annie), Scott Wortman (Stephanie), Greg Wortman (Jennifer) and Jeff Wortman (Angela); his grandchildren, Darian Bowers (Torry), Brady Wortman (Sage), Kurt, Derek, Caden, Bode, Casidy, Maggie, Guy, Sophia, Calvin, Norah and Jesse Wortman; his great grandchildren, Sly Wortman, Linkin Rahn and Raegin Rahn; and his sister Carol Suhr (Lee).
