With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Ator of Crete, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Casteel and Irma Conrad Casteel; her husband Bob Ator; her mother-in-law Mary Foreman Ator; her sisters, Dorothy Shaw (Chet), Marion Kastler (Howard) and Grace Faw (Cal); and her nephew Tom Kastler.
She is survived by: her children, Marti Williams (Gary), Cathie Lueders, Karen Brandt (Dave), Rob Ator (Janie) and Chuck Ator; and her grandchildren, Nathan Lueders, Jeri'Williams, Erin Brooks, Megan Moore (Robbie), Becky Miratsky (Matt), Carrie Kotil (Drew), Amber Linnertz, Bryce Brandt (Danielle), Garrett Brandt (Betsy), Skyler Brandt, Ethan Ator (Mirrissa) and Alison Jeseritz (Will).
Memorials will be given to the United Church of Christ and the Crete Public School Foundation.
