He is survived by: his wife Amy; his daughters, Isabella, Amelia and Liliahna; his parents, Jim Meyers and Denise Bates; his siblings, Jim, Andy and Myoma; his in-laws, Dan, Diane, John, Julie, Donna and Brian; and his siblings' children, LJ, Bryce, Preston, Linkin, Aubrey, Jewel, Noah, Logan, Maddy, Keaton, Jack, Gabe, Alex, Kelsey and Abby.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to college funds for his daughters.
