He was predeceased by : his parents, Ed Plouzek and Irma Plouzek; his daughter Marcia; and his brother Loren. He is survived by : his wife Helen J. Rasplicka; his children, Mike Plouzek of Crete, Dave Plouzek of Crete, Cindy Cox (Roger) of Northboro, IA and Debbie Erickson of Rapid City, SD; his sister Judy Koll (David) of Wilber; his grandchildren, Curtis, Sara Johnson, Mackenzie, Tessa Erickson, Connor St. Denny and Emma Denker; and his great grandchildren, Kendie, Briley and Caine Michael.

Memorials may be given directly to the family to a charitable donation to be made in Norman's name at a later date.
