She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Wieseler and Ellen Wieseler (McDunn); her husband Delwyn Schieffer; her siblings, Bill Wieseler (Carol), Leo Wieseler (Marge), Martin Wieseler (Shirley), Del Rae Svarc (Lou), Mary Seyl (Larry), Allan Wieseler (Joy) and Luella Wieseler; her daughter Renee Bolich; and her children-in-law, Gary Bollich, Lois Schieffer and Lori Schieffer.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Salas of Sioux City, LaDonna Lundberg (Lawrence) of Crofton, Mary Lee Johnson (Gerry) of Crofton, Michael Schieffer of Crofton and Kathleen Taylor (Larry) of Crofton, Nebraska. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren with one on the way; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (1314 W 5th St, Crofton, NE 68730). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Rose Cemetery (601 Main St, Crofton, NE 68730).
