She was predeceased by: her parents, Chet Boardman and Gertrude Helen Boardman (Noecker); her husband Daniel Alvin Neuhalfen; her siblings, Loy, Dean Boardman, Elaine Higgins, Melva Morrisey and Alice Dirks; and her great grandchild Legend Zweber.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Neuhalfen (Kym) of St. Charles, MI, Tyrone Neuhalfen of Tabor, SD, Joseph Neuhalfen (Kim) of Bloomfield, Varyna Hegge (Bruce) of Omaha, Rhonda Bennett (Paul) of Sioux Falls, SD and Denice Anderson (Lance) of Tabor, SD; and her sisters, Darlene Henderson of Belton, MO and Janice Steffen (Jim) of Fordyce. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (1314 W 5th St, Crofton, NE 68730). A vigil service was held on Friday, February 13th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
