He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A rosary was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carpenter-Breland Funeral Home (305 W C St, McCook, NE 69001). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (612 E 4th St, McCook, NE 69001). The inurnment was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Calvary Cemetery.
