We announce the death of Norma Lea Bryant (Curtis, Nebraska), who passed away on October 21, 2026, at the age of 91. Norma will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazen F. Cole and Bessie Cole (Gilliland); her son William "Billy" Bryant; her grandson Lane Scott Bryant; and her brothers, Harvey Cole and Hazen E. "Butch" Cole.
She is survived by: her daughter Jody Rupp (Bryant) of Grand Island, NE; her husband Bill Bryant; her daughter-in-law Kris Bryant (Bowers) of Curtis, NE; her grandson Christopher (Michelle (Maubach) Rupp) of Norfolk, NE; her great grandchildren, Lincoln and Skyler; her grandson Kyle (Mallory (Main) Rupp) of Omaha, NE; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Aubrey and Lainey; her granddaughter Kaycie (Travis (Benesch) Benesch); her great grandchildren, Nora and Lucas; her granddaughter Lacy (Cody Most) of Axtell, NE; her great grandchildren, Kaison, Hadley, Emery and Keilea; her grandson Clint (Danae (McCorkle) Bryant) of McCook, NE; her great grandchildren, Avery, Allie, Ava, Alston and Ambrie; and her sister-in-law Doris Whitacre. She is also survived by many loving relatives, friends, and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Curtis Methodist Church (412 Center Ave, Curtis, NE 69025). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
