He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester "Buck" and June (Kannow) of Catherine's Hospital; and his brother Wes Spickelmier. He is survived by: his sisters, Janet Grenier (Ray) and Linda Gardner (Kim); his sister-in-law Ilene Spickelmier; his cousin Russ Spickelmier; and his adoptive daughters, Dana Lueth (Jeff) and Dora Schaffert (Kris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
