She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jares and Georgia Jares (Krepel); her husband Wallace Rief; her in-laws, Carl and Minnie Rief; her sister Shirley; her brother-in-law Rodney Johnson; her brother Donald; and her sister-in-law Elberta Jares.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra (Alan Nelson) and Deana Pullen (Tammy Rief) of Dannebrog; her sister Elaine; her grandchildren, Daniel, Jenna Nelson of Omaha, Kimberly, Spencer Helms of Gretna and Kyle Pullen of Dannebrog; and her great grandchildren, Charles, Gracie, Hudson and Christian. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
