He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Patocka and Mamie Patocka (Fiedler); and his siblings, Dwayne, Ron, Lloyd, Gary, Danny and Janice Staggs.
He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Gaskill (Larry) of Lincoln, Karen Hoffman of Omaha and Paul Patocka (Deb) of Columbus; and his siblings-in-law, Delores Patocka of Norfolk, Linda Patocka of Columbus and Richard Staggs of Lincoln. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
