She was predeceased by : her parents, James J. Stara and Mary M. Stara (Pecha); her husband Eugene "Gene" Siroky (Gene); and her siblings, Eugene Stara (Gene) and Marcella Stara (Marcy).
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Alex (Catherine), Lauren and Tyler Hays; her great grandchild Emma Hays; her daughters, Patricia Hays (John) of Omaha, NE and Denise Hill (Stephen) of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Albin Stara of David City, NE, Donald Stara of Seward, NE, Kenneth Stara of Rising City, NE, Ernest Stara of Bruno, NE, Adeline Jakub of Lincoln, NE, Delores Coufal (Gene) of David City, NE and Martha Glynn of Pacifica, CA..
