It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara A. Meysenburg of David City, Nebraska, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Puetz and Elizabeth Puetz (Schmit); her husband Joe; her daughters, MaryJo Novak (Harvey), Barbara Brandhorst (Mark) and Bev Hain (Larry); and her son-in-law Hugh Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Votava (Jerry) of Columbus, Carol Johnson (Hugh) of Omaha, Donna Waller (Barry) of Elkhorn, Michael Meysenburg (Leslie) of LaGrange and Pat Meysenburg of David City; her sister Rita; and her brother-in-law Jerry Meysenburg. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 87 great grandchildren, and 29 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to family wishes for a later designation.
