He was predeceased by: his parents, Errol Hazen and Ruby Hazen; his former wife Teruko Hazen; his brother Gail; his siblings-in-law, Marceline Hazen, Carolyn Newburn and Paul Kahler; and his stepson Aaron Emory.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Doyle Hazen (LaDonna), Don Hazen and Darlene Rhodes (Todd); his stepchildren, Jennifer Scoles (Brad) and Roy Emory (Jenesis); his sister Elaine Uhlir; his friend Don Sherman; his sisters-in-law, Mari Zeman (Howard) and Judy Kahler; his pet Dexter; and his grandchildren, Clarisa Kumm (Ken), Connor Hazen, Garrison Hazen (Hannah), Zac Hazen (Chloe), Thad Hazen (Chasity), Mika Rhodes, Kylan Rhodes (Jordan), Kiera Rhodes, Carson Rhodes (Destiney), Madelyn Emory, Carter Emory, Camden Emory and Malachi Emory. He is also survived by nephews and many extended family members and dear friends.
