She was predeceased by : her father Robert; her husband Louis A Matulka; and her brothers, Leonard, Richard Sabata and Robert Sabata.

She is survived by : her sons, Robert and Gerald; her daughter-in-law Mary Matulka; her grandchildren, Jeneva, Marian and Toby; and her great grandchildren, Lexie, Ashley, Brandy, Wayland, Jewel, Ayden and Ellie (Andy Kobza).
