He is survived by: his wife Marna Conn; his children, Greg Conn (Kerri) of Wausa, NE, Cara Shell (Marshall) of Maryville, MO and Michelle Conn of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Andrew Conn (Sadie), Austin Conn, Trevor Shell, Megan Cushing (Mark), Trent Shell and Tommy Teson; his great grandchildren, Calvin, Cooper, Charlotte, Caylee and Chloe; and his sister Linda Oestmann.
A memorial has been established in Galen's memory to the Tri-County Athletic Department.
