He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Maslonka and Marie Maslonka (Maw); his wife Evelyn Maslonka; his siblings, Elton, Tommy, Howard Maslonka and Nellie Karlin (Maslonka); and his parents-in-law, Kermit and Maisie Lenig.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Mutum (Maslonka) and Adam Maslonka; his granddaughter Jessie Mutum of Omaha; and his sister Marilyn Richardson of Onawa, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews.
