She is survived by: her sons, Dave Pekarek (Kandice) of Lincoln, Scott Pekarek (Sheila) of Garland, Dwaine Jr. Pekarek (Cindy) of Beaver Lake and John Pekarek (Debra) of Urbandale, Iowa.; her grandson Reece Pekarek (Madison); her great grandchildren, Harvey, Callum, Arthur, Breanna Hoffmann (Drew), Kelli Pekarek (Justin Liddick), Kyle Pekarek, Matthew Clark (Amanda), Ali Clark (Cody), Jillian Pekarek, A. J. Pekarek, Cassidy Pekarek (Arden) and Logan Pekarek (Morgan); her sister Marilyn McWhirter of Hastings, Nebraska; Hudson, Riley, Wesley and Beckham.
