She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dozbaba and Rosa Dozbaba (Chvatal); her husband Edward Skalka; and her son John. She is survived by: her daughter Judy Prochaska (Russ); her brother Richard Dozbaba (Delphine); and her grandchildren, Bryan Skalka (Amanda), Amy Yost (Josh), Kathy Stover (Kyle), Ashley Skalka, Preston Skalka (Jenny), Michael Voorhees, Kayla Hansen, Jennifer Voorhees, Kevin Prochaska (Sara) and Tami Heinrichs (Greg). She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are directed to the family for future designation.
