He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don, June Roelfs, Clarence Henrichs and Cleo Perkins (Henrichs); his stepgrandfather Howard Perkins; his uncle Neal Roelfs; and his cousin Emily Roelfs.

He is survived by: his parents, Dean Roelfs and Beth Roelfs (Henrichs) of Diller; his brother Allen; his sister-in-law Stacy Roelfs; and his niece Aubrey Roelfs of Diller. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to a cause of your choice in Adam's memory.
