She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Thein and Alda Thein; her husband Lyle Orcutt; her daughters, Christine Orcutt and Joanna Hinrichs; her granddaughter Molly Orcutt; her daughter-in-law Tracy Orcutt; and her siblings, Bill Thein and Peggy Cosgriff.

She is survived by: her children, Rick Orcutt (Judy), Tim Orcutt (Marla), Angie Hemberger (Mark) and Anita Fehlhafer (Dave); her sister Shirley Murphy (Marion); and her son-in-law Gene Hinrichs. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 ½ great-grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 7:00 AM and at 7:00 PM at the All Faiths Funeral Home (2929 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801). Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann's Catholic Church (202 N 5th St, Doniphan, NE 68832-9811).

Memorials are suggested to St. Ann's Catholic Church and Country House of Grand Island.
