She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Krejci and Mildred Krejci. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence J Gathye; her children, Tambra Gathye (Tammy) and Larry "Butch" Gathye (Angie); her grandsons, Cole and Clay Gathye; and her brother Tony Krejci (Julie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family in honor of the Jan Gathye Memorial Scholarship for youth bowlers.
