She is survived by: her sons, Josh Michalak (Stacy Bank) of Blair, NE, Doug Michalak (Hannah) of Duncan, NE and Scott Michalak of Hebron, NE; her grandchildren, Devon Michalak, Madison Michalak, Harper Michalak, Kinzley Michalak, Hadley Michalak, Braylon LaPointe, Rainah LaPointe and Kodah LaPointe; and her sisters, Debra Michalak of Omaha, NE, Janet Hernandez of Mesa, AZ and Sandy Lasovich (Garret). She is also survived by Many nieces & nephews.
