He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Sidzyik and Elsie Sidzyik; his father-in-law Ed Matulka; his sister Mary; his mother-in-law Dorothy M. Matulka; his brothers-in-law, Gregory E. Matulka, Sr. and W. Scott Lund; his nephew Gregory E. Matulka, Jr.; and his nieces, Sherry Matulka and Lesley Lund.
He is survived by: his son Tony Sidzyik (Denise); his grandson Tony Pirruccello; his nephew Joe Matulka; his wife Mari Matulka; his children, Kelly Pirruccello (Mark), Shelly Anderson (Rob), Julie Sidzyik, Lori Ann Sidzyik (Wesley Voycheske), John P. (Rene), Edward, Donald, Christopher (Rebekah Sievers), Nicholas (Gina) and Robert Sidzyik (Amber); the mother of his children Toni Sidzyik; his siblings, Marilyn Jensen (Dave), Ann Millet (Cal), Jerry (Marylin), Bill (Phyllis) and Dan Sidzyik; and his sisters-in-law, Dolly Lund-Collins (Paul) and Betsy Bridgeford (Joe).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Assumption Catholic Church for Masses or Aquinas School Foundation.
