She was predeceased by: her mother Brenda Coufal (Kadavy); her grandparents, James R. Kadavy, Richard J. Coufal and Marcy Coufal; and her uncle Eugene Coufal (Bob Potter).
She is survived by: her father Richard Coufal; her children, Harper, Grayson Yates, Richard "Rick", Brenda Coufal and Dwight; her siblings, Tonia Jelinek (Bradley) and Trent Coufal; her grandmother Betty Potter (Dwight); her close friend Jeremy Johnson (Lincoln); her nephews, Logan, Wyatt, Hudson Jelinek, Brody and Brecken Coufal; and her niece Hayven Coufal. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and an immense host of friends.
