He is survived by: his mother Margaret Joan; his son Cody (Ariana); his grandsons, Achilles and Morgan; his siblings, Angela Latzel (Leroy), Bev Johnson, Rita McAllister (Brian) and Roger (Donna); his brothers-in-law, Everette Wusk and Dan Walla (Ruth); and his godson Brandon McAllister (family: Dennis Gentry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home (6800 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
In lieu of flowers, donations will go to the Eagle Coyote Club which Al took great pleasure in belonging to for many years.
