We are sad to announce that, on February 8, 2026, at the age of 91, Billie Whithorn (Edgar, Nebraska), born in Taft, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rosson and Lena Rosson (Cox). She is survived by: her sister Ruth James; her children, Richard Jacobs (Eva), Sharon Jacobs (Dale Mittlieer) and Russell Jacobs (Susan); and her grandchildren, JaDonna, Jennifer and Andrew. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
