He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucyle Christine Sterkel (Scheidemann) and Robert Sterkel. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Sterkel of Edgar, NE; his daughter Katie (Ryan Griess); his grandchildren, Kinsley and Knox of Sutton, NE; his son Evan (Kellie); his grandchildren, Addialynn, Brileigh, Cadeson and Deakin of Sutton, NE; and his brothers, Mark and Glen Sterkel (Marci). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
