Kerkman of Elgin, Nebraska, born in Tilden, Nebraska, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Schrage and Marie Schrage; and her parents-in-law, Joe and Isabelle Kerkman. She is survived by : her husband Gary Kerkman of Raeville, NE; her children, Jacquelyn Kathol (Kevin) of Hartington, NE, Kimberly Buschkoetter (Randy) of Kearney, NE and Gregory Kerkman (Dottie) of Vermillion, SD; her grandchild Ashley Hefner (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Trey and Camden of Norfolk, NE; her grandchildren, Zachary Kathol of Sioux Falls, SD, Danielle Burke (Logan) of Garden City, KS, Grant Buschkoetter of Kearney, NE, Morgan of Vermillion, SD and Kenzie Kerkman of Vermillion, SD; and her siblings, Pamela Meis (Charles) of Albion, NE, Gary Schrage of Omaha, NE, Paul Schrage (Jolene) of Elgin, NE, Jeanne Stokes (Steve) of Petersburg, NE, Jayne Arehart (Gary) of Elgin, NE and Dan Schrage (Deanne) of Yankton, SD. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
