He was predeceased by : his parents, Tom Coleman and Verle Coleman (Pruden); his son David Coleman; his grandson Thomas Coleman; his sister Twila Allemang (Don); his brother-in-law Bill Ganskow; his son-in-law George Brooks; and his great-niece Tabitha Allemang.
He is survived by : his wife Bunny Coleman; his children, Ken Coleman (Jeanene), Lisa Brooks and Dan Coleman (Deb); his daughter-in-law Becki Coleman; and his sisters, Luella Ganskow and Alice Hahn (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Elgin Fire and Rescue.
