He is survived by: his wife Maureen Kuhl of Savior's Lutheran Church; his brother Rich; his siblings-in-law, Vickie Bivens, Paula Schwarten and Mike Behne; his niece Michelle Erwin (John); his nephews, Tony Bivens (Jessica), Will Gunning and Michael Schwarten; and his mother-in-law Arleen Kuhl. He is also survived by first cousins, and a host of friends.
