She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Norstrand and Marie Van Norstrand (Noone); her husband Edward Decker; and her siblings, Jean Streeter (Don), Mary Raftery (Will), Elinor Spoor, Sylvia Sweetnam (Rick), Joy Tivnan (Tiv), Wilson Van Norstrand (Betty) and Russell Van Norstrand (Brenda).
She is survived by: her sons, Edward Decker of Troy and Chris Decker (Jennifer) of Omaha, Nebraska; and her grandsons, Michael Decker (Washington, DC) and Evan Decker. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cato Christian Fellowship Church (2570 E Main St, Cato, NY 13033).
