We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2025, at the age of 76, Janet Kay Katz of Elkhorn, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Kelley and Amanda Kelley (Keller); her sisters, Mona Duden, Caryl Kelley and Jean Kelley; her brother-in-law Robert E Duden; and her siblings' children, Robert L. Duden and Karen Westover.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Amy Hull, Andrew Katz (Kellie), Amber Scott (Seth) and Audrey Haveman (Wes); and her grandchildren, Stacia, Garrett Hull, Savannah, Shelby, Kolton Katz, Austin, Katelyn, Ava Scott, Avery, Gunner and Wyatt Haveman. She is also survived by her in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews, other extended family and many friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Capital Humane Society or Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House.
