He is survived by : his children, Mark (Amy), Sabbag, Tayler (Tyler), Plagge, Ashley (Cory), VanDeWalle (Addison) and Michelle (Scott); and his brothers, Allen (Cindy) and Richard (DeDe). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
