She was predeceased by: her father John Collins; her brother David Collins; and her son-in-law Steven Tinkham. She is survived by: her mother Vivian Collins (Kinkaid) of Oak Grove, MO; her husband Larry D. Biesecker of Elsie; her children, Amy Neumeister (Karl) of Kearney and James Biesecker (Lael) of Imperial; her grandchildren, Matthew Tinkham, Dakota Antillon (Isaiah) and Thea Neumeister; her children, Kirsten and Kenyan Biesecker; her great grandchild Raylene; and her sisters, Lina Highland (Doug) and Katrina Pack (Ron). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Deb's memory for later designation.
