We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 98, Lorraine Hanson of Elsie, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Alexander Hardt and Mary Elizabeth Geier; her siblings, Victor, Donald and Vera; and her husband Max Hanson.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Hanson (Susan) and Dr. Shelley Peetz (Mike); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Hardt, Marti Hanson and Don Hanson. She is also survived by five grandchildren and spouses and seven great-grandchildren.

Memorials can be made to the Elsie Methodist Church.
