She was predeceased by : her parents, Cornelius Pfeiffer and Ida Pfeiffer; her husband Arthur Edward Oelkers; her sisters, Ardella Brand, Elaine Farr and Dorthea Niemeier; her parents-in-law, Ernst and Bertha Oelkers; her brothers, Lyle Pfeiffer and Alvin Pfeiffer; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Pfeiffer, Bonnie Pfeiffer, Isabelle Pfeiffer, Erma Pfeiffer, Evelyn Naprstek, Floyd Farr, Duane Brand and Edward Naprstek.

She is survived by : her children, Charlene Tilson (Charles) of Elwood, Jacklin Hanson (Douglas) of Hickman, NE, Patricia Brown (Douglas) of Oberlin, KS and Kent Oelkers (Sara) of Omaha; her grandchildren, Ryan Wolf of Omaha, Corrin Weekly (Andy) of Hickman, Shane Tilson (Laura) of Elwood, Ashley Mulvey (Don) of Cheyenne, WY, Kimberly Fredenburg (Mike) of Hickman, NE, Matthew Tilson (Justine) of Market Harborough, England, McKenna Ferderer (Nick) of Bellambi and Skyler Brown of Oberlin, KS; her great grandchildren, Haylee, Landon Wolf, Emma, Lawson, Maddox Weekly, Gavin, Karter, Crew Tilson, Logan Mulvey, Kaden, Greely, Elle Fredenburg, Elsie and Jonah Tilson; her brothers, Dale Pfeiffer and Lloyd Pfeiffer; her stepgrandchildren, Tanner Fitzke (Jamie) of Pierre, SD, Sadie Goodman (Allen) of Pierre, SD and Travis Fitzke of Pierre, SD; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lincoln, Tenley, Sutton Fitzke, Piper, Emmett and Cameron Goodman; her nieces, Cristy Niemeier, Shelli, Natalie Farr and Janice Sunquist; and her nephew Dwight Pfeiffer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
