He is survived by: his wife Sandra Horne; his sons, James T. Horne (Kristi), Richard R. Horne (Sandy) and Benjamin J. Horne (Connie); his sister Frances Rasmussen (Gary); his grandchildren, Jennifer Wittnebel (Dan), James P. Horne, Mitchel Horne (Kelsey), Madison Luzum (Derek), Samantha Horne, Hannah Horne, Caleb Horne (Brooklyn) and Savannah Horne; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Jaedyn, Mason, Charlotte, Leighton, Camryn and Kaia.

Memorials are to be directed to the family to be designated at a later date.
