He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Gloystein and Eleanor Gloystein (Blum); and his father-in-law Art Richter. He is survived by: his wife Annette Gloystein of Gresham, Nebraska.; his children, Ashley Gloystein-Klatt (Ryan Klatt) of Omaha, Nebraska, Kendall Gloystein (Jason Leichner) of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Whitney Gloystein (Chris Allison) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Tanner Gloystein (Kim (Sladek) Gloystein) of Exeter, Nebraska.; his grandchildren, Joanna Papke, Zoey Papke, Kyler Klatt and Parker Gloystein; and his brothers, Lynn Gloystein (Kathy) of Henderson and Doug Gloystein (Alice) of Hastings. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Farmer Funeral Home (305 S Burlington Ave, Exeter, NE 68351).
